Please type your message and vmwade again. I’ve seen something like this before when the firmware of the card isn’t at a suitably compatible level with the driver generation in use.

Post was not sent – check your email addresses! Not found But when performed for one the ESXi sees: The driver that worked with version 6. The 10Gb adapter that is missing happens vmwqre be the one that has active ports. It was working fine before but as soon as i upgraded to esxi 6.

Something interesting though, when I remove the transceivers and restart the system, ESXi then sees the NIC but will not bring up the interfaces if I plug the them back in while it sees them.
